I know i am quite late to write a review but i havent been on deviantart as much anymore. i was scanning through my massive collection. I stumbled upon this artwork and i remembered what an impact it made on me. This one made more sense to me as far as the lighting went. I was always curious why you made the two figures set on the right than the center because the background being out of focus it would feel like it would make sense in the center. I really enjoy looking at this image. I even showed it in a slide show in college when the assignment was to give an example of what our degree involves. When i showed this image everyone in that class room was in awe of it. I hope its alright i did that. I thought it was just so amazing and everybody gave loads of praise just like i am doing.

truly original work and i hope in your future works you are just as imaginative. Thank you

Wow! I don't know what to say was my first thought when I saw this art. I was literally speechless when I saw this picture and I had a really hard time to write down what I was going to say. What surprise me more is that I haven’t really noticed this art like the others of your arts; I have seen it but never noticed before now. I agree with Kryat, you have put a lot of emotion on one single picture and that is impressive. This is the first time I have been speechless when looking at a photo or art.

I have never seen a picture like this before. Last time I wrote a critique on the art "Giant Turtle + tut" I didn't give it full star on originality because I have seen something like that before. This time however you get all the stars you can get, this is what originality is about. You have been very creative in this one.

As I said before this art screams emotion and it is not only the owl and the seahorse that is creating all the emotion in this art. There are a lot of elements here that need credit. The sun coming from the surface helps a lot to get an emotional art, there is also reflect of the sun on the owls wing, details like that are important and it makes the art more real to me. All the fish in the background was also a good idea and that you made the fishes more blurry allows the owl and the seahorse to be more in the centre of the picture and get all the glory that they deserve. The bubble is a fine detail not only from seahorse or the owl but also from the fishes in the background. When you made the bubbles on the owl it seems like it have recently been diving right in the ocean to meet the seahorse. I don’t know the story in this art. Is it love, friendship or curiosity from the owl side? It doesn’t really matter, what’s matter is that this art is creating a story and makes a person wonder.

All the details of this art are stunning and people could probably make a movie or something out of this art. I am so impressed and this art deserve more credit. In all honest this is my favourite art in deviantART.
